TO A SLIMMER, SEXIER YOU!
SMOOTHIE, A POINT OF SOFTNESS WHILE KEEPING THE LINE
Who does not know this drink made from mixed fruits or vegetables which has been all the rage in France for a few years? Everyone got into it, industrialists and restaurateurs as well as food lovers.
To make at home or to buy ready-made, smoothies are developing more and more in France to the point of becoming the essential drink, especially in summer.
BUT WHY DO THEY LIKE SO MUCH?
The success is simply explained. They combine three essential qualities: they are healthy for the body, they turn out tasty and tasty and they are good for the figure. Indeed, even if they are mixed, the fruits and vegetables of a smoothie keep all their vitamins and minerals and thus retain all their original flavor. Finally, with a smoothie, you fill up with fiber, which allows you to be full and appease your hunger naturally and durably, unlike a classic drink.
FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY
We repeat this to you every day in the media. To maintain health, it is important to consume fruits and vegetables regularly. What could be better than a smoothie to fill your quota while having fun! The smoothie allows you to mix lots of fruits or vegetables and play apprentice cooks by making all kinds of combinations for exquisite recipes, sweet or savory. Carrot, pear, pumpkin, guava… all choices are allowed! Be careful though with the high glycemic index of certain fruits or vegetables such as pineapple, grape, apricot, peach, kiwi or even bananas. They are not to be banished of course but it is all a question of dosage.
WHERE IS THE TRAP ?
A priori, the smoothie has everything to please and it is the best friend of the summer for those who want to keep their figure on the beach and lose weight while having fun. However, be careful not to overdo it. Like any food, it contains calories (50 to 70 Kcal / 100 ml on average). You can add milk for more creaminess, sugar for more sweetness, but always in moderation. Prefer a homemade smoothie (only a blender or mixer is necessary) to an industrial smoothie that is sweeter or filled with preservatives that will not necessarily do your body or your figure good.
Have a good smoothie and have a good holiday!
